Lay costume flat, check fan, battery and zippers.
Connect fan to battery pack — do NOT power on yet.
Step into leg openings, put feet into shoe covers.
Pull suit upward, slide arms into sleeves.
Fasten internal support vest / shoulder straps.
Close rear zipper completely (helper recommended).
Turn on fan. Wait 20–40 seconds for full inflation.

Note: Keep fan air-inlet unblocked. Turn off power before taking off.

Which size should I choose?

We offer 3 heights: 2m (fits 150-170cm / 4’11”-5’7″), 2.6m (fits 160-185cm / 5’3″-6’1″, most popular), and 3m (fits 170-200cm / 5’7″-6’6″). Choose based on the wearer’s height. The 2.6m is our bestseller for most adults and events.

Can a shorter person wear the 2.6m or 3m costume?

Yes. The costume has internal shoulder straps and a support vest, so the wearer’s height doesn’t need to match the costume height exactly. However, visibility and mobility are best when the wearer is within the recommended height range.

Is there a weight limit?

There is no strict weight limit, but the costume is designed for average adult body types. The internal support vest is adjustable. If you have specific concerns, contact us before ordering.

How to Wear

How do I put on the costume?

1) Lay flat and check fan, battery, zippers. 2) Connect fan to battery (don’t turn on yet). 3) Step into legs, put feet into shoe covers. 4) Pull suit up, slide arms into sleeves. 5) Fasten internal support vest. 6) Close rear zipper (helper recommended). 7) Turn on fan, wait 20-40 seconds to fully inflate.

Do I need help to put it on?

It’s possible alone, but a helper is recommended for the rear zipper and initial positioning. Most people take 5-10 minutes for the first wear, then 2-3 minutes once familiar.

How long can I wear it continuously?

Most people wear it for 30-60 minutes at a time, then take a break. The fan provides constant airflow, but it can get warm inside. Stay hydrated and take breaks in hot environments.

Inflation & Battery

How long does the battery last?

The included battery pack typically lasts 3-5 hours on a full charge, depending on fan speed. We recommend having spare AA batteries or a power bank for all-day events.

Can I use a power bank instead of batteries?

Yes. The fan uses a USB connector, so you can plug it into any standard power bank (5V/2A recommended). This is actually preferred for longer events.

The costume is not inflating. What should I check?

1) Make sure the battery is charged and connected. 2) Check the fan switch is ON. 3) Ensure the rear zipper is fully closed. 4) Check the fan air intake is not blocked. 5) If still not working, contact us with your order number.

Is the fan noisy?

The fan makes a mild humming sound, similar to a small desk fan. It’s usually not noticeable in busy event environments. The fan is required to keep the costume inflated.

Care & Storage

How do I clean the costume?

Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash or submerge in water. Remove the fan and battery before cleaning. Ensure completely dry before storing.

How should I store it?

Deflate completely, fold neatly, and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and sharp objects. The original packaging works well for storage. Avoid heavy items on top.

Can it be used in the rain?

Light rain is fine, but avoid heavy downpours. The fan and battery pack should be kept dry. If it gets wet, dry thoroughly before storing to prevent mold.

Warranty & Returns

What is the warranty period?

90-day warranty covering manufacturing defects in stitching, seams, and the built-in blower. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and misuse are not covered.

Can I return it if it doesn’t fit?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as the costume is unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories included. Buyer pays return shipping for size exchanges.

What if the costume arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
