Pay the Agreed Amount
Enter quantity = total quote amount in GBP. Example: £180 = quantity 180. Add order details in the notes field.

We Process & Ship
Order confirmed. Production starts and tracking info will be sent by email once shipped.
Warranty for Custom Orders
- Laptops: 12-month hardware warranty covering motherboard, CPU, RAM, storage, screen, battery, keyboard and ports.
- Mascot Costumes: 90-day warranty covering stitching, seams and built-in blower defects.
- PVC Inflatables: 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects causing air leakage under normal use.
- Other Products: 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects affecting functionality.
- Warranty covers normal personal/business use. Commercial rental or high-frequency use is not covered unless pre-agreed.
- Accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs and normal wear & tear are not covered.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation (custom items may take longer).
- Standard delivery: 7–18 business days depending on destination.
- Express shipping (DHL / UPS / FedEx) available at extra cost — ask for a quote.
- Tracking number provided by email once your order ships.
- Buyer is responsible for import duties, VAT and local customs fees in your country (US market may differ — ask for details).
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing payment.

- This payment link is for custom / wholesale orders only. Do not use it for regular shop purchases.

- You must write your order details (product, specs, quantity, shipping address) in the “Order Details” field at checkout.
- Custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective or not as described. We will confirm all specs with you before production.
- All prices are in GBP. If paying in another currency, conversion is handled automatically at checkout.
- Need to upload design references or photos? Send them to us via email or WhatsApp before or after placing your order.
